1. Subscription
Our service offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, the subscription cost is $299/month. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the admin dashboard or by contacting support.
2. Compliance
You identify and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for EPA and local regulatory compliance. GreaseLogix is a documentation and management tool, not a legal shield. We are not liable for any fines, fees, or penalties issued by regulatory bodies.
3. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreaseLogix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any environmental penalties incurred while using our software.
4. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the laws of the State in which you reside, without regard to conflict of law principles.
